Before You Donate Please Read These Terms And Agree To Them:
1. Refund Policy
Please take note that the money that has been donated to us will always be spent on upgrades for the server, website maintenance, hosting fees, hiring workers such as coders, and website designers. All the money that you donate will be immediately put towards these items and to purchase more perks for the server. This means WE CANNOT GIVE OUT REFUNDS in any shape way or form.
WE CANNOT GIVE OUT REFUNDS:
For getting banned
For the loss of rank
For loss of perks due to server updates
For loss of perks due to change in policy
For loss of perks due to change in plugins
For any other reason
You will automatically receive your perks for donating once our systems have processed your payment and it is confirmed by staff. If for any reason you don't receive your perks within 4 hours, please contact us so you can immediately receive and start enjoying your perks. Your purchased ranks are non transferable to another account name. We reserve the right to make exceptions to transferability of perks on our sole judgment.
3. Ban Policy
Please note that we don't give out refunds upon your account being banned from our server. You can create a dispute case on our website about getting unbanned. If your unban request is approved, you will retain any perks you had when you were banned. All players are expected and responsible for knowing, understanding, and following all server and website rules.
4. Loss of Rank
Even if you are a donor, you are expected to, and are responsible for knowing, understanding, and following, all server and website rules. Failing to adhere to these rules may result in the removal of your rank or permanent ban WITHOUT REFUND.
5. Loss of Perks
ToastyNetworks will put forth every effort possible to prevent the removal of perks from ranks and other purchasable kits/items. However, it may be necessary to do so if there is no way for the server to continue to provide the perk, or a change in policy is required due to abuse of the perk. Because we do use third-party plugins/software, we can't guarantee that it will be functional after updates or doesn't function properly after other changes to the server are made. ToastyNetworks does not guarantee anything except that the money you donate will be used to support ToastyNetworks's services.
Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs
When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
